Archean Capital Partners was established as a joint venture between Moelis Asset Management LP and Veritable LP. The investment focus was providing anchor capital and strategic support to a small number of high conviction GPs launching new private equity firms. Archean Capital committed $500m to 6 first-time funds.
Looking forward, Moelis Asset Management will continue executing the investment strategy as Moelis Catalyst Partners.
